Abdulmajeed has been managing RBL Middle East since 2016. Prior to that, he was a Principal Consultant and has been partnering on RBL projects for the past six years. Abdulmajeed has transitioned from the internal client side of projects. He is working on leadership, HR, and organizational transformation and development projects throughout the GCC.
Abdulmajeed is a highly sought-after business manager with a strong track record of managing and leading change. He brings close to two decades of GCC experience in organizational transformation, business management, and business analysis. He has worked in many sectors and industries including Civil Service, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Oil and Energy, Maritime and Shipping, Mining and Metal, Investment and Management Consultancy. Abdulmajeed began working with RBL when Oman Oil Company partnered with RBL for an HR Transformation project. Upon completion of this project, Abdulmajeed was assigned to be the Manager of Shared Services and then the Head of Functional Services where he helped many of Oman Oil Subsidiaries in Oman, UAE, Germany, USA and Spain. Abdulmajeed has significant experience as an internal HR Manager and is well versed in many facets of Human Resources. He has helped several organizations implement HR transformation through technology. He has implemented total rewards and salary structures using different methodologies including Hay and Mercer in numerous companies and is very capable at implementing and developing strong rewards systems. In several past positions with GCC companies he has been instrumental in designing and implementing HR policies and manuals.
Dr. Rawas is is a Senior Principal Consultant with the RBL Group. Prior to his current post, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tasneea Oil & Gas Technology Group, earlier was the Chief Executive Officer of Oman Telecommunications Company (OmanTel).
Dr. Rawas served in various academic and leadership positions at the Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) the flagship university in Oman. His last assignment was the Dean of Educational Services. Earlier to that he was the Director of the Center for Information System where he led the transformation of the role of ICT in the university.
Dr. Amer Al Rawas is the current Chairman of MELA (Middle East Leadership Academy), a non-government leadership community serving the whole of Middle East providing leadership, training, networking, and inspiring the young leaders across the Middle East.
Dr. Rawas is still serving in various educational and technological policy forums in the Sultanate and the region, these include: Chairman of Middle East Leadership Academy Chairman of Oman Society for Petroleum Services Member of the Education Council. Member of Oman Academic Accreditation Authority.
Dr. Rawas holds a PhD in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the Sussex University, UK, 1997. Although his area of specialization is Software Engineering, his research has expanded in scope to cover the role of ICT in Economic Development, Socioeconomic and Demographic Drivers for Economic Growth.
Said Al Barami is at the moment the head of business development in Paradigms Consulting company.
Said began his professional career at the Oman News Agency (ONA) the government official news source and has been in the press and media for nearly 30 years in several posts. His last post in Oman news agency before resigning was the editor manager where he was responsible for the actual daily work of the news,coverage and interviews in addition to the administrative and financial work related to these tasks.
Prior to his current post in paradigms, he served as the Chief Editor and Head of news and political affairs in SABCO Media Group where he was leading a group of journalists and correspondents from many countries who contributed in koooora Wabas, the weekly sport and youth magazine that covers and analysis many local and global topics.
In SABCO Media Said was also responsible of news and political affairs in Al Wisal radio station and at the same time he was an advisor in this station for the music and the talk show programs.
Said holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and media from Al Yarmouk University in Jordan.
Although his area of specialization is media Said experience has expended to economic, political and other issues because of the roles he played in SABCO media and before that in Oman news agency."
