RBL Managing Partner
Abdulmajeed has been managing RBL Middle East since 2016. Prior to that, he was a Principal Consultant and has been partnering on RBL projects for the past six years. Abdulmajeed has transitioned from the internal client side of projects. He is working on leadership, HR, and organizational transformation and development projects throughout the GCC.
Abdulmajeed is a highly sought-after business manager with a strong track record of managing and leading change. He brings close to two decades of GCC experience in organizational transformation, business management, and business analysis. He has worked in many sectors and industries including Civil Service, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Oil and Energy, Maritime and Shipping, Mining and Metal, Investment and Management Consultancy. Abdulmajeed began working with RBL when Oman Oil Company partnered with RBL for an HR Transformation project. Upon completion of this project, Abdulmajeed was assigned to be the Manager of Shared Services and then the Head of Functional Services where he helped many of Oman Oil Subsidiaries in Oman, UAE, Germany, USA and Spain. Abdulmajeed has significant experience as an internal HR Manager and is well versed in many facets of Human Resources. He has helped several organizations implement HR transformation through technology. He has implemented total rewards and salary structures using different methodologies including Hay and Mercer in numerous companies and is very capable at implementing and developing strong rewards systems. In several past positions with GCC companies he has been instrumental in designing and implementing HR policies and manuals.
